We are so excited for your pet to have one of our Carolina Pet Company products, we are currently offering FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states!
Regular orders take 2 business days to process at our warehouse and will be shipped the following business day according to the method of shipping of our choice either USPS or UPS/FedEx. Please allow an additional 5 business days for all personalized orders.
Tracking
Upon receipt of your order we will email a tracking number with your invoice. You’ll be able to track your new Carolina Pet products arrival!

RETURNS
Carolina Pet Company’s commitment to excellence and our attention to detail, style & versatility is the formula for the unique & dependable pieces that are a welcome addition to any home décor. Now even the most discriminating pet owner can offer their pet the same style and comfort that they personally enjoy. In the event you must return one of our products please follow the following directions.
- WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY, please CONTACT Carolina Pet Company Customer Service at customerservice@carolinapetcompany.com or 803-364-9333 and we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA number is REQUIRED for all return merchandise. *Not all returns are eligible for refund, shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, restocking fees may apply, please see below for details.
- NOTE (RMA) NUMBER on the OUTSIDE of the return package. We will not be able to accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number (see above how to obtain a RMA number).
- MERCHANDISE must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund or exchange. Carolina Pet Company reserves the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.
RETURN DETAILS:
Buyer’s Remorse We include a fit guide, descriptions and pictures to help with your decision, but sometimes a change of mind which includes incorrect color, size or item ordered happens. Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Personalized Orders we are sorry but, personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
Manufacturing Defect We are committed to excellence in all our products so please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt to obtain a RMA number and shipping information (we will take care of shipping). Ineligible Returns sometimes we just can’t take things back! All custom and personalized orders and discounted orders unless otherwise stated cannot be returned. We are sorry but due to health and sanitation laws used pet beds may not be returned!
